You are solely responsible for:

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

  • Trial Period: New users may get a free trial for a limited period, subject to feature limitations.
  • Subscriptions: Access beyond the trial requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed upfront and are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription via your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. No Refund Policy

All payments made on the AÏP Genius portal, including subscription fees, consulting fees, fees for prosecution formalities, or any other charges, are final and non-refundable. This policy is enforceable unless otherwise mandated by applicable law.

Users are strongly advised to review all payment details carefully before completing the transaction.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, design, technology, and trademarks on the platform are the intellectual property of AÏP Genius.
